J&J Heating and Air’s Preventative Maintenance Agreement provides the homeowner with peace of mind by detecting minor problems during our maintenance inspection before the may become major problems.

With a service agreement, one of our qualified service technicians will arrive at your home, and complete a professional inspection of your heating and cooling equipment semi-anually.

A PMA (Planned Maintenance Agreement) provides you with Priority service. As a PMA customer you will receive priority customer status and the fastest possible service.

You will also receive a 15% discount on any parts needed to repair your system(s) during your contract period. You will be provided with a checklist of services provided during our inspection and any recommendations or problems found will be noted at time of inspection and kept in your file at our office.
