JJ Heating and Air deserve 10 STARS!!! The customer service is excellent. I got the estimate done with several other companies and it took forever to get the estimate. The other companies will talk for hours about their different products and the warranty they provide and give you an estimate at the end that you can’t even afford. Jimmy only took a few minutes to give me a quote and also told me what warranty is provided with the new unit, the price was actually something I could afford to pay. His wife set up the payment plan, which took no time. 2 guys came out to install the unit and they were also very nice. They also made sure the bf they left went over any questions and concerns I had. I was 7 months pregnant when I got my unit and the whole process was so easy. THANKS, JJ HEATING AND AIR FOR EVERYTHING!!! I wish all companies is this helpful. If you want someone honest and in your budget then go with this company.
